When Will Your Tour Schedule Be Available?

Another common question I get is: "I'm trying to book a tour that’s 3 months away, but I don’t see any availability. When will your schedule be up?"

Most likely, the schedule is already available! The booking system defaults to only showing the next 30 days. To view dates further out, click the date in the top-left corner of the calendar. A drop-down calendar with arrows will appear, allowing you to forward to the month you'd like to view.

To view future tour dates, first click the date in the upper left.

Then click the arrows in the dropdown calendar to move to the month you want to view.

My tour schedule is dynamic and released in stages. Guided Tours are posted first, and once those start to fill, I add Unguided Tours on the same dates. Some days may not appear on the calendar right away—those often open only after the neighboring dates are booked up. So, you may not see any availability for a certain date for weeks, and then suddenly it will be available for booking. Because of this, it’s worthwhile to check the calendar every few days/weeks if you don’t see the date or type of tour you want right away.

And keep in mind: if you’re searching for an Unguided Tour more than 4 months in advance, those likely won’t be listed yet as they get added only after the Guided Tours for that timeframe start to fill.
